Wow the things Team Doherty can do!!!
2012 has brought a lot of awesome things. The success we have seen this year comes due to a couple of things.

Starting out with quality stock
Feeding great feed
Working hard
Always working as a “Team”
Most important… a little bit of luck!!

While our family has had some great moments this year we have shared in the “pig world's” broken heart as we said good bye to a dear friend, Noah Morris. The pain his family has had to endure has made our family stronger and work harder to love each moment we spend together. As we look forward to what Team Doherty can do in 2013 the sky is the limit. We are ever growing and evolving into a newer and better version. We look forward to showing some great livestock and supporting customers as they exhibit stock from Doherty Family Farm. Go Team Doherty, bring on 2013!!

Noah left us way too early but what he gave us will never be forgotten.

Drives hundreds of miles to find the good one
Measures every ounce of feed
Asks thousands of questions
….and listens to thousands of answers
Knows the agony of the gate

Doherty Barn Renovation
In the fall of 2010 we started a huge project…….the removal of ½ of our barns “guts” only to replace it with new.
It has been a lot of work but we sure are enjoying it in February!
